I had a full renovation done by The Construction Company this year. Richie was very good to work with. He was very enthusiastic about the job from start to finish. What I liked most was the fact that the ‘boss’ was there for the job. It wasn’t a case of a sales man coming out to get the job and that’s the last you see of them. Richard Kinsella carried out an extensive renovation job at my home in Westmanstown. The project involved an overhaul of the inside of the property – new concrete floors, staircase, insulation, plastering, re-pluming and electrical. We had been toying with the idea of doing a kitchen extension for a long time but couldn’t decide exactly what we wanted and how to best exploit the space that we had. After being referred to The Construction Company we asked Richie to come out and give us some ideas and also some suggestions that might work.
He was hugely helpful and offered some insights that we would have never considered and we decided immediately that we would go with them. It was a massive step for us to take as there was obviously a big financial investment required but we could not be happier with the results.
We were surprised with how quickly the job was completed and even some changes we wanted along the way were looked after without any issues whatsoever.

Their advice throughout the planning process was invaluable as they proposed the best ways to attract natural light into the house and to seal and heat the house. Richie and the team at The Construction Company completely project managed the build and ensured the work was finished to a very high standard. The builders themselves were always polite and kept the place clean throughout .I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail, finishing and the fact that they delivered on time and within budget.
